Your contribution to success

You’ll support our team in planning, preparing, and following up on our training programs and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll assist with day-to-day operations, help manage participant registration, and liaise with external training providers and service vendors.
You’ll ensure that our in-person training sessions run smoothly and serve as the on-site point of contact for trainers and participants.
You’ll maintain and manage our virtual Learning Campus, create insightful reports, and assist with internal communication campaigns to promote our learning programs.
You’ll work with us on a variety of professional development projects.

Your success factors

You are currently studying business administration, psychology, (business) education, social sciences, or a comparable field—ideally with a focus on HR or talent development.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and always maintain a clear overview, even when juggling multiple tasks in day-to-day operations and participant management.
As the point of contact for internal participants, trainers, and external service providers, you are open-minded, approachable, and service-oriented.
Initial experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is a major plus.
You enjoy working with data and can clearly organize key metrics for reporting purposes.
You have excellent written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills.
