Your contribution to success

Installation and configuration: Installation and configuration of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
Software management: Installing, updating and maintaining operating systems, applications and security software.
Troubleshooting: diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems at the desktop level.
User support: Providing technical support to employees by phone, email or in person.
Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions.
Inventory: Managing and monitoring the hardware and software inventory.
Training: Providing employee training on IT topics.

Your success factors

Completed vocational training in the IT sector
Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
High level of solution and service orientation
Conceptual way of thinking and independence
Good knowledge of German and English
