You will also ensure flawless deal execution with a clear view of potential risks and support the implementation of the PMI roadmap to maximise deal potential. You will work closely with central functions, the business units and external consultants. It is crucial for your work that you build international relationships with target companies and partners and lead negotiations with them when necessary. You will be directly responsible for achieving our ambitious M&A targets and contribute significantly to the growth and development of the Conrad Group to become Europe's leading sourcing platform.

  • Experience in project management and leading international M&A transactions including due diligence, negotiations and post-merger integrations (PMI)
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with experience in B2B e-commerce, e-procurement and/or platform models
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with international partners and stakeholders
  • Negotiation and analytical skills with an overarching strategic view as well as a goal-orientated way of working
  • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel internationally
