These tasks are waiting for you
- General office organization (various correspondence, office supplies management)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Building and office management, supervision of social areas and maintenance of the infrastructure
- Representation for visitor reception
- Supervision of apprentices in the area of administration
- Various Cross-departmental support activities in the operations area
- Participation in various company projects
Who we are looking for
- Completed commercial degree. Training
- Very good linguistic expression in German (spoken and written)
- Good Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proactive, open and communicative personality
- Structured, service-oriented way of working and organizational talent
We offer
This position is subject to the KV Handel. We offer you an annual gross salary in line with the market - depending on qualifications and professional experience from €30,800.00,- on a full-time basis. The final salary agreement will be made in a personal interview.
