These tasks are waiting for you

  • You are responsible for importing and posting the daily electronic bank account statements in SAP
  • The creation of payment data carriers and their transmission via banking software to the relevant banks is your responsibility
  • Reconciling and balancing customer accounts and clearing accounts from business transactions in the banking sector is one of your tasks
  • You manage payments in SAP in relation to customer repayments and direct debits
  • You will be responsible for requesting, processing and managing payment advice notes and credit notes from customers for posting incoming payments

Who we are looking for

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Ideally, you already have SAP knowledge
  • You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers and a precise way of working
  • You have a logical and process-oriented way of thinking
  • German and English language skills (B1 level)
