To ensure that our customers have the right products available at the right time, you will independently manage a client portfolio. You will serve as a liaison between customer service and order processing, and actively reach out to both existing and new customers. As part of a successful team, this position offers plenty of creative freedom. 

Your contribution to success

  • You identify customer opportunities and take on tasks related to actively developing new business and following up on proposals 
  • You provide support to B2B customers over the phone and prepare sales-oriented customer meetings
  • You are responsible for maintaining, entering, and processing sales-related data in the CRM tool and in SAP
  • You find solutions to optimize the procurement process
  • You share responsibility for ensuring and documenting functional knowledge

Your success factors

  • You have professional experience in customer service
  • Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in internal sales
  • You have experience in eProcurement
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • You are a strong communicator and have a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
