These tasks are waiting for you
- You take over the technical & disciplinary management of the UX/UI design team for the domains "Website", "E-Procurement" & "Marketplace" and are thus part of the Product Leadership Team
- You will also be responsible for developing new UX strategies that contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products
- The coordination & implementation of user tests is one of your operational tasks
- You ensure a close exchange with the various business owners in order to drive the continuous further development of the domains
- Promoting the personal and professional development of the entire UX/UI team is a high priority for you
- You stay constantly informed about the latest trends, improvements and developments in the e-commerce user experience
Who we are looking for
- Degree or apprenticeship in interface design, media design, communication design or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of E-Commerce UX design or UX research with initial experience in team management characterise you
- A high degree of independence and flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment are just as important to you as they are to us
- The ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality results is a challenge for you
- In-depth research experience for the development of software products with subsequent integration into the development process
- A keen sense of design and user behaviour - a passion that you want to continuously develop further
- Confident handling of common design/UX programmes (Figma) and design system management
- Comprehensive communication, presentation and social skills, as well as the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and convincingly
