Inspiring people for Conrad and acting as a competent point of contact for all HR-related topics at all times is the task of our Human Resources team. Our HR Business Partners, in combination with the HR Service Partners and the Recruiting team, are responsible for the entire employee life cycle process - from joining to leaving. We work in a hybrid working environment. The position is to be filled as a parental leave replacement with a good chance of being taken on.
As soon as possible, we are looking for reinforcement for our team in the form of a temporary position (1 year).

These tasks are waiting for you
- Supporting our HR business partners in the operational implementation of all HR-relevant topics along the employee life cycle
- Contact person for employees and managers with initial questions on HR-related and labor law issues
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, references and certificates
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and time limits
- Evaluation of HR reporting
- Optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- Participation and co-design of HR projects
Who we are looking for
- Completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in HR (e.g. HR specialist)
- Professional experience in operational HR work
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
- Discreet, team-oriented personality with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Knowledge of labor and social security law is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English desirable
