Your contribution to success

Independently designing and implementing communication and change initiatives for specific AI/data projects
Stakeholder management at the subject matter expert and middle management levels
Further developing the AI Ambassador Community (formats, curriculum, engagement)
Creating change storylines and communication plans
Serving as a liaison between People, Corporate Communications, and project management

Your success factors

You have a master’s degree in a relevant field or a bachelor’s degree with substantial, relevant professional experience. Additional qualifications in change management, coaching, or organizational development are a major plus.
Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in human resources or organizational development, change management, or a comparable role in the field of AI and data transformation.
You confidently apply standard change management methods and modern facilitation techniques in practice—preferably in the fields of IT, digitalization, and AI.
With your analytical acumen and systemic thinking, you approach problems in a solution-oriented and structured manner.
You excel at stakeholder management and impress with your consulting skills, conflict resolution abilities, and genuine customer focus.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are fluent in German and English (at least B2 level).
