Your contribution to success

Leading the AI portfolio process: You will establish the group-wide demand process, prioritize use cases in collaboration with the business units, and translate these into a binding roadmap.
Establishing the “Value Cockpit”: You will define and track meaningful KPIs (e.g., revenue leverage, cost savings, cycle time) to make the impact of AI initiatives transparent and measurable.
AI Governance & Risk Control: You will further expand the collaboration model (policies, guardrails, RACI) and ensure “compliance by design” (e.g., AI Act readiness) to accelerate the transformation.
Strategic Business-to-AI Translation: You will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI initiatives and define clear target visions for strategic areas such as customer care or supply chain.
Cross-BU Synergies & Standards: You ensure that reusable patterns and reference architectures are identified and utilized to avoid technical debt.
Capability Building & Coaching: You organize playbooks and training sessions to build AI competencies across all departments and coach AI specialists in cross-functional project coordination.

Your success factors

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
You have more than 7 years of professional experience, ideally in the development of operating models, AI strategies, or complex portfolio approaches.
You possess a strong ability to bridge the gap between business and AI and can consistently align technical requirements with business objectives.
You are experienced in managing expectations and reporting at the executive level and can confidently facilitate prioritization decisions.
You understand complex interdependencies within a large organization and possess the change management skills to proactively introduce new processes.
You act proactively, are resourceful in problem-solving, and bring a high degree of collaboration and commitment to the role.
