Our goal in controlling is to ensure that the entire team at the various levels and areas of the company can make quick and targeted decisions based on the facts available in the management tools. We achieve this by providing the right information at the right time and providing support for all business management issues. In addition to annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, monthly and annual financial statements and support for cost centre and activity-based costing, we also focus on the design of new business processes in SAP and the continuous development of business information in the Big Data Cloud.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Internal business partner for identifying, analysing and evaluating company and process-related corporate development, including opportunities and risks
- Analysing and supporting the earnings, financial and performance targets of the investments
- Assisting with the financial statements of the decentralised business unit, including integration into monthly Group reporting and the consolidated financial statements
- Supporting investment management in M&A activities (investment decisions, integration of new companies, company valuations, etc.)
- Central contact person and business partner for subsidiaries
- Supporting the locations in all business management issues
- Link between the local management of the subsidiaries and Group management
- Special tasks and projects in the context of Group controlling as well as carrying out variance analyses and plausibility calculations
Who we are looking for
- Degree in economics with a focus on controlling and planning or comparable commercial qualification
- Sound professional experience in investment controlling
- Affinity for commercial and corporate law, tax knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting
- Good application knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and Google Cloud products
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Very good analytical skills
- Confident communicator at all levels of the company, organised and structured
